Return Policy

Each Archive by Anu journal is handmade with thoughtfully chosen details. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, so please review the photos, description, and measurements before purchasing.

An issue with your order?
If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [archivebyanu@gmail.com] with your order number and clear photos. We ask that you reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the issue, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund and cover any necessary return shipping.

Natural variations
Leather, cowhide, and shells may have natural variations in color, pattern, and texture. These characteristics make each journal unique and are not defects. This does not include damage or differences from the product description.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
