Shipping Policy

Order processing
Archive By Anu journals are carefully packaged and shipped within 5–7 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or made-to-order journals will have their processing time listed on the product page.

Shipping rates & delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates depend on your destination and selected shipping service and are not guaranteed. 

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping addresses
Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at archivebyanu@gmail.com. We can update the address if your order has not shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect address was provided.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at archivebyanu@gmail.com. We’ll help investigate with the shipping carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. For damage, please keep the packaging and send photos of both the package and your journal.
